what program did you use to capture the game footage onto your comp? my software sucks

I used a device called Turtle Beach Video Advantage USB to capture the footage from my GameCube, and it costs about $100. I don't actually own it myself, I borrowed it from my brother. He actually recommends a Pinnacle PCI card for video capturing, though, since it has better connections (it hooks up inside your computer like a video card but it has a box on the outside with both RCA and S-video input / output sockets).

Try turning up your monitor's brightness, or get a different one. I've been editing the whole thing on a laptop LCD, so I'm sure it'll look darker on some CRTs.
