Fact: The current power structure between the Legislature and Commission does not change whatsoever in the Amendment. Prop 109 simply details the existing relationship between the two. The opponents of Prop 109 always conveniently fail to mention that the Commission formally voted to support Prop 109. The opponents have wagered everything they have on selling this lie. They have even named their committee Arizonans Against the Power Grab. Don’t buy the lie!

@Red2345100100 Also go look up who does the most for animal habitats and who spends the most money protecting and expanding animal habitats. The hunters have the pit mans tax also that goes in to helping animals. I aint a sport hunter but the ones that do do it for the sport united thay donate thousands of pounds of meat there is a chart on it for every state that tells you how much thay donated i will look for it so i can tell you where to find it.

@Red2345100100 What makes you think that? is what the anties are afraide of is prop 109 will make it a constitutional right to hunt and to take that away will be un constitutional but thay will manadge the animal populations still and make shure the animals will have healthy habitats and populations. Just because it will be a right to hunt dont mean it wont be regulated just like any other right you can loose by miss useing it fier arms to driveing just what ever you can think of.
