for have some cars like camaro ss bmw m3 street or bmw m3 gtr or.....police cars and others u need to make a alias with mwpanel 200.....

In normal u could not unlock the bmw m3 gtr.
In black edition you could unlock it by winning races. So that was pretty lame to me.
