I completely disregarded the bubbling effect Cancer Noise can give with all water cards. I was strictly talking about it's charge shot. Also form playing this game, I learned in SF3 that a player can reduce the time they are in a bubble by moving the d-pad in all directions.
Yeah. I have that set up on SF2 for Never Rain minus the Ice Stage support due to the support system not being available then. Next I follow up with a breaking card + para plus so they won't move or use Gemini Spark.
Mummy hands are good because they inflict lv. 4 paralysis which is the longer paralysis time. But you should also have Stun Knuckles in your folder. 1. It can inflict the same lv. of paralysis as Mummy Hand. 2. A crapload of people online will be using the Status Guard NKG and you will not be able to paralysis, but Stun Knuckle can break the Para Body of Status Guard for the reminder of the match or you can use Destroy Upper to remove all abilities.
Hmm, well, if you have about 3 NeverRain card in one turn, it's pretty much a guaranteed immobility for that custom, if we're talking about Cancer's ability to make non-time-freezing card have a bubbling effect. But yes, freezing is much safer.
That's some interesting things you said there. About following with another paralyzing card, and we both know that most Elec cards paralyze. Furthermore, Elec do double damage on bubble.
The problem is Cancer's bubbling is too short if you don't follow up with another bubbling or paralyzing card. With Ice Stage in play, when you use the charge shot your opponent will be immediately frozen. And the freezing time is much longer than Cancer's bubble shot. And since Ice Stage is the support you can freeze indefinitely and use breaking cards.
Fighting rouge zz gets you ggiga cards that some people don't know about like gorgon eye i have 2 and avalanche and more.

Destroy Upper, as much as I know, only destroy 5 abilities, starting from the lowest in Ability Wave list (NKG being higher than the list).
And yes, I'll take your advice and prepare Stun Knuckles in the folder.
