I hear you... but while the critics are soft on the BEP, we on the ground level are not amused, not buying their music, definitely not playing it at our parties and changing the station whenever they happen upon our radios and TVs. I was at a party where an 8 year old was sent off in tears after his dad tried to slip some BEP in the party rotation.

@SebastianSolorzano I thought the backlash was way over the top and probably worse because of her gender...IMO. The Black Eyed Peas totally sold out in every conceivable way and their lyrics are horrible but nobody seems to care?!?

Despite her drastic changes since Exile in Guyville. And that said even though some have considered her changes a betrayal to the very essence of music, she's been called a "bandwaggoner" and "sold too cheap to the mainstream industry", you know? I like her still cause I think I can understand why she does it.
