With just some few chords you can play rock mandolin. I have composed this rock mandolin solo many years ago, I think it was my first rock mandolin solo.

Mandolin: F5 mandolin by Hervé Coufleau

  • Is that a normall size mando? Great song :)

  • This is a normal size american F5 style mandolin with a normal scale like a Gibson F5, it was built by french luthier Hervé Coufleau.

  • @alittledeadbirdtold Zep troll... Go listen to your White Album.

  • @hippiejamsession Led Zeppelin sucks listen to The Beatles. That's really talent.

  • @hippiejamsession

It´s an actually typical Jazz accord "build". :)

  • Well, I don't know if you've ever played Ukulele but, I was wondering if the Mandolin consists of the same chord placements as the Ukulele just with more strings? And if Mandolin is any harder to learn from Ukulele?

  • I play mandolin [only on me front porch] and this opens a lot of fun for me; wonderful idea! thanks

  • ha das hört sicher n bisschen nach Caroline von Status Quo an

  • I'm definitely a fan of your red mandolin. It's gorgeous!!!!! And nice song!

  • Danke für's Video. Sehr gelungen. ;)

  • @hippiejamsession thats because its a basic 12 bar blues play....which is exactly what rock and roll by led zeppelin is, along with red house and johnny b goode and countless other songs.
