Its all very well to make up cute animations of an idea, but has a prototype actually been built? How does it compare to other water turbines in efficiency? If the rotors are driving alternators, how is the speed controlled for the desired frequency? If the generator is overloaded and the turbine stalls, it seems to me that the water will just overflow the conduit and the torque will drop to zero. More information needed please if this concept is to have credibility.

The JET spirals rotate as is shown. No any prop needed.
