this is my Nanay's melt-in-your-mouth leche flan. If you follow the directions closely, the resulting leche flan will be very fine in texture

  • @22katrina hi, di kaya kulang pa sa pag-steam kaya malambot pa? ang gauge ko kasi para malaman ko kung luto na ang leche flan is nag-iinsert ako ng toothpick or stick sa gitna nya. pag inalis ko ito at wala ng nakadikit na leche flan, ibig sabihin non luto na sya. palamigin mo muna, cover with plastic or cling wrap then irefrigerate mo para mag-set fully. right after kasi maluto ito, malambot pa talaga so it is better if you refrigerate it after cooking. hope this helps! :D
