HTC 8925 Tilt WIth Working Cube and Ifonz

Welcome XDA refers !!! (instalation detailed below)

Just got my new Unlocked HTC AT&T Tilt phone!!!

I couldnt wait and the first thig i did was install all the HTC FLo Features, Cube and Ifonz that i have been reading int he past 3 days !!!
And of course i installed the HTC FLO and the CUBE !!!!
After reading tons of XDA threads forums here is how i did it in a very simple way, and TWICE to make sure i was doing it right!!! and its working like u can see in the video

so fellows this is the deal ... THANK YOU TO ALL THE SENIOR MEMBERS THAT MEDE THIS POSSIBLE !!!!

U have to go to XDA forums and search for the folowing threads

Step one
Install the HTC FLo interface from this Thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338143&highlight=efrost
THANK YOU efrost!!!

Copy to your HTC isntall
Soft Reboot


Download the iCube application from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=336482 THANKS duttyThroy

Copy to your HTC isntall
Soft Reboot

Step theree Download the following files from the #2 post of this same Thread

Htc Home.zip (actually from this Zip File containing 2 files u will need 03_Kaiser.HTC.Home.v2.0.814.722.HTCHome.cab)

Copy to your HTC install
Soft Reboot

Step four Download the following files from the #2 post of this same Thread

HTC_Audio_Manager_KAISER_1_2_614_712.cab

Copy to your HTC install
Soft Reboot

if u get a blak screen be patient, it will go away...

THEN U ARE ALL SET do the Down Up motion and BAM !u will watch the cube RAISE!!!!

Sure you can have it with your htc locked or unlocked.... :)

Hey SuMero, can you be a little more specific on where to copy the files to the htc? like maybe what directory or does it really matter which?

It does not matter where you copy it, the cab file is itself aan installation, so tranfer it to your HTC, then look for it and just click con it, it will install :)

were these programs free I tried all day to install to change the lame today screen i was able to change the new black dialer skin but not this I don't have a clue!

when i try to login to XDA it says that i dont have permission to do that so it dosnt let me download it

you have to install the sync software and connect the cell to the computer. it will create a folder in your my computer. you can copy and paste the downloaded files on to your cell.
