@TheTechnoToast Faster processor needed, and get a FAST hard drive, preferrably RAID 0 config.... if you dont know what the is please google/wiki it. The hard drive is the slowest part of any computer, and writing/encoding video + playing THAT game will tax both the hard disk drive of your computer AND the processor to the limits, usually. Everyone forgets the poor hard drive when it comes time to upgrade. Why wait around for it?

i have CamStudio, but it is rrrrreeeeaaaallllyyyy slow, i have to create a tiny region just to get it to work. i wish it was faster.

That city had major problems with traffic congestion, as its mass transit system was poorly designed and never used.
That news item probably was there for many game years.
