High Pull Head Gear is used to slow down the growth of the upper jaw and allow the lower jaw catch up.

@leviroxx orthodontic wires are made of titanium and exotic expensive special alloys. The chemicals and applied agents are not cheap, and almost all materials are disposable that must be renewed. That's not even counting the equipment, instruments, dental chairs, permits, employees, maintenance, special hazards disposal, etc.. well established orthodontists make bank. Most are just ok.

I had this braces and it's hurt when you are sleeping specily when you are sleeping at the side..

That poor little guy always have problems.. I feel bad for him :/
