Is yours the JDM version with the rectangular headlights or the european headlights with quad lights?

By your handbrake you should have a badge that tells you the no. of your vehicle e.g if yours was the 100th one. If it doesn't should say like integra type r 98 spec etc.

They stopped production of the dc2 type r in 2000 and I am certain yours is the DC2.

You should have a B18C5 or B18C6 engine and in the engine bay under the red engine you should have a badge saying B18C or on the VIN plate.

dc is the model of integra the shape and dc2 is the integra type r which had 2 specs such as 96 & 98 spec. The first integra type r would be the 96 spec dc2 and the phase 2 was 98 spec that had 5 stud hubs for bigger brake discs, revised suspension and setts also gear ratios, HID for the headlights, new bumper etc
