Harmony One here and LOTS of tweaking, it's very usable indeed. Been using my just the Harmony for well over a year and wouldn't want another remote. I hit one button and my Denon AV receiver comes on, switches to the correct input, volume buttons on the remote switch to controlling the receiver and my HTPC switches audio output to Digital (which goes into my Denon 1601). Hit another button; receiver powers off, volume controls switch to the HTPC, audio output switches to HDMI. It's brilliant.
