Corporate rescue plan 'a positive step' for HK

Today's guest on White Collar is Anthony Boswell, a Hong Kong-based Business Recovery Services partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The government is now proposing to introduce a corporate rescue plan to Hong Kong. I'll ask Mr Boswell about his thoughts on the possible introduction of such a plan and what obstacles have prevented its earlier implementation.

Also in this programme, I ask Mr Boswell about debt restructuring during the financial crisis and his outlook for 2010.
