Filmmaker John Szabo cruises San Francisco in a rented limo offering strangers at bus stops and street corners free rides to their destination if they agree to discuss with him British philosopher Bertrand Russell's seminal book "The Conquest of Happiness" in relation to their personal pursuit of happiness. Meet an interesting cast of characters in this unscripted slice of life. Szabo has cinematographer Carl Thelin in the front seat capturing the action in long takes along with Maria Calanchini serving beverages and warm appetizers from a Betty Crocker oven.
Driver, producer, editor......John Szabo is the perfect human. WOW. The world has only ONE problem. We can't all be like John Szabo, but that's God's fault. Please forgive us John for we are not as enlightened as you. I am now going to pray to God that he will forgive me for not being more like John Szabo.
