Are you ready to die is a short film taken from Romans Ch 6. Where paul tells us to die daily. Dying to our flesh.
In this video we deal with dying to things not only hinders us but also distracts us from our walk with God. By no means are we suggesting playing video games and such is evil, but rather pointing the importance of making sure nothing that we do interferes with our time with God and most importantly hinders our walk with God. Remember there are things that hinders you and things that distracts you...

"please read" (some have asked about the intent of the video)
"dying to self" has nothing to do with what you are giving up, in my view dying to self has everything to do with what you are getting into. In biblical view you should only give up things not because of right or wrong, but you give them up because you have fallen in love with what you are getting into. The bible doesnt say OBEY then LOVE, it says obey because you love. in the description of the video, something of that sort was stated. Love is our highest possession, everything we do should flow out of Love, Love for God and love for our neighbors (not just people we like, but even our enemies).
So if we are to give up things (that hinder us from loving, and distract us from the action of Love, then we have to make sure we die to those things) that is the message we were trying to send. just like when you grow a plant you have to make sure you kill the weeds that might grow and interfere with the growth of the plant, make sure you weed out things that will hinder your growth of in Gods love.
