Disturbed rock cause they actually make music,those guys certainly have a great guitarist,drummer etc but so do disturbed.The only problem with Cannibal Corpse is that their songs suck.And by retarded I was referring to their fatass singer who pretty much insults the women there by dedicating them this song.But then again this is just my opinion,if you like them feel free to listen I don't really give a shit.

Well if you compare traditonal death metal with alternative shit metal like disturbed play, your lost. Dont compare poser metal with real instrumental talent. And disturbed does'nt fucking play their instruments as good as cannibal corpse, and through if you dont like cannibal corpse, i expect you dont like any bands in the death metal, brutal death genre. Well, if we take an exmple. Simple question: Which genre is more appreciated and generally better Rapcore or Thrash metal? There you go. And in this case Disturbed is playing Nu-metal and alternative, a compination of the most sucky genre's in metal and thats a fact, not an option. The only really good and appreciated band in the alternative genre is SOAD, but their an exemption. Well i agree with you that no genre or band is really "manly" but pussy music will always exist.

Disturbed have nothing to do with rapcore.And I haven't seen a reliable statistic about which music genre is better so far and nor do I care, for you shouldn't let the fact that most people like a specific genre affect your preferences if YOU respect your own opinion.This is basically you saying how your own preference of death metal is superior and trying to impose them on other people and using all these shit as excuses.

And about the "death metal is more instrumental" part, are you serious?A year ago I learned to play Hammer Smashed Face by Cannibal Corpse on my guitar, thinking death metal would be the ultimate challenge, and it was surprisingly easier than the songs of heavy metal and hard rock bands like Metallica or Black Sabbath, at least on the guitar.
