All the groceries that I bought for this week - many of which answer questions y'all had about how/what I would buy and eat. Also, I talk a lot about random things :P

I love when people film their refrigerators or grocery purchases because every video, without a doubt, gives me more ideas for my own diet. I hope I give you some new ideas, and maybe kindle your desire to try new combos or new foods :D

  • where do you shop? Is it Whole Foods? I don't have a Trader Joe's but there is Whole Foods.. and also since you are eating more unprocessed, would you recommend someone to just start off that way, instead of switching like you did?

  • I used to shop at Central Market -- which is owned by Whole Foods here in WA -- but now yes, I shop at Trader Joe's. In the video I went to CM/WF.

I recommend eating what you normally eat but looking for healthier alternatives at your health food store... and go from there. Once you start eating healthier, you usually will then want to branch our more :D

  • Hiiiii.... Are you Middle Eastern? I am trying to start drinking tea more often. I love it on winter but in summer I hate the heat.

  • I am of Czech, Italian and Geman heritage :P

  • I love those fruit leathers but I can't buy them because I have no control with them I will eat like 5 not good. I always use stevia I stopped using aspartame a little over a year ago stevia is great.

  • HAhahaahh I can usually not eat more than one... so sweet!

That's so great that you quit aspartame.

  • Hi...I think it's great that you are trying to eat healthy and everything...I am doing the same...However, many of the things you purchased are in fact processed...for example, the baguette, the cereal, chocolate chips, bread sticks, nutella, etc...They are all processed in one form or another...I'm not saying these things are bad for you...they are just processed...But I think you are doing a great job at buying local produce and "all natural" food.

  • Money wise how would somthing like this cost? and do you have vids. for planning meals for a week?

  • Really nice video

  • You should get some more greens in there, like spinach and green beans. You can get mini green beens and eat them raw..they are actually really nice!

    And beans? like kidney/mung beans...

Soup is good too....hardly any calories!

  • Thanks so much for sharing your groceries! You have inspired me to start shopping healthier and to actually PLAN what I'm going to purchase so I don't go and buy all junk food! =)
