@deathshallwait i have exactly the same specs. i have all the latest drivers.i play at 1360X768.MY PC JUST STOPS RUNNING AND THEN I HAVE TO HIT THE RESET BUTTON. So NO WAY. upgrade to something like the hd 5770 or gtx 460 or gts 550 ti. I upgraded to a HD 5770 and NOW IT WORKS GR8!!
