Jeffrey Archer needs no introduction.
In the capital to launch the first book in the Clifton Saga, 'Only Time Will Tell', which has become a best-seller just on the basis of advance sales, Archer takes time out in his hotel suite to talk to us about writing, his leanings, his love for cricket and relationship with Sachin Tendulkar.
Smug or not, he is a great writer. Top of his field. He is that rare thing, a popular literary writer. "Paths of Glory," one of his latest, is amazing. There's some really good advice for writers in this talk.

I agree about test matches, a good test match beats any one-day game in excitement and satisfaction value
