Lol, no you can't...
Only for hacking property. If you hack stuff client side, (example, like in a file on your computer or in your browser) you cannot go to jail.
However, if you hack into their property, (example you hack into their website and change the game for everyone) you can easily go to jail if they can catch you

not really. I just do things like this for fun. For example, i mod Halo 2 even though im extremely good at it. I do it for fun, not like the noobs that use mods in matchmaking. I don't mod online...

it doesnt do anything for your computer,you just need to download from the CE website, other places have viruses
