Padam: Maanvizhi Kannavale (Bharatanatyam), Akademi Daredevas at Watermans

A Padam is a showcase for a dancer's emotive skills and his imagination in communicating the thoughts behind the lyrics of a song, usually a love song. As the lyrics repeat themselves, the dancer interprets them in myriad ways. This Padam has been created for Revanta by Mallika Sarabhai and is set in the times of virtual communications and career motivated women.
