Every few weeks I post a couple of videos to chart my fiddle progress. This week is a Scottish March called "1794". I've been focusing on better bow control. Scottish fiddle really gives the bow hand a workout! Thanks for watching, I'll be doing this for one year to chart my progress.

I've been playing about 7 months, but I around eight years ago for about a year before moving onto other instruments. I've played a lot of guitar and mandolin and some steel guitar before. This time I've dedicated to fiddle.
Try two things to get your bowing better: Gordon Stobbes DVD "12 things your right hand should know" and get a "Bow Right" practice tool.
