i guess there was an error in reports....
or was the S&S coaster just not able to reach that speed?
well either way kingda ka still the tallest and fastest....
they held the title for quite a bit....
but its going to end on October 28, 2010 when ferrari world opens....
Formula Rossa goes 0-149mph in LESS than 4 seconds.........
DAM that is going to be so intense.........

@rollercoasterfan97 oh just to tell you ring racer was a con it dosnt do 134.6mph it does 90mph in 2 seconds so kingda ka is still king of coasters

There is no record of this. Provide proof? It cost $25 million for Kingda Ka from Sixflags , Jackson ,NJ. So something faster would cost more in this current time i don't think theme parks are dropping $25M plus. Next one under Kingda Ka is Top Dragster in Cederpoint, Ohio the second fastest & tallest in the world.

There is no ride listed in the record database showing a ride raster then Kingda Ka In Jackson NJ. Only other one is Top Dragster from Ceder point Ohio. *There is no plan as of 2010 to beat Kingda ka Hight or speed. Simply because it would cost over $25 Million.

no there isnt kingda ka is still the fastest the one in spain is only about 80MPH kingda ka is 128MPH

yeah but i dont think it'll be as good
both KK & TTD have longer launch periods. after the launch it keeps on going, it doesnt reach full speed and go straight up. it continues down for another 4 or so seconds at full speed, but ring racer just reaches the full speed (it does keep on going) but very shortly after (2, 3 seconds) its slows down to 80 mph. so then you've lost the excitement of releasing that amazing power behind the launch into something really amazing.......eg. a 456 tall top hat
