Be Happy!

Thank you ... I watch this video regulary too ... it has become my mantra ... the shortest and most profound summery of the whole of Buddha's Dharma that I know. If one can fully live the wisdom that is contained in these 30 seconds, one doesn't need to know anything else...

you might have noticed that this channel is about sharing Buddhist wisdom. And Buddhists believe - quite like you said - that the world of personal experience depends on one's actions (sanskrit: karma). Buddhism also believes that the world of experience depends on the mind that is experiencing it.

According to Buddha a calm, peaceful mind is more likely to 'be happy' than a mind desturbed by ingnorance, anger and desire.

Buddhism teaches many techniques on how to train this mind of ours.

I think this is a good message no matter what you people want to say about the technicalities. Everyone needs to chill out and just try and be positive in this world, otherwise we won't get anywhere..
