There are no sponges in the Stampin up pen's, she put them in there herself. It looks like just any old sponge. I use mine without the sponge and it works just fine!

You mention sponges inside the water pens -- do you put pieces of sponge in there yourself or do you buy them that way? I have never seen them like that in the stores before. If you put them in yourself, is there a particular type of sponge you use?

If so, any certain type of sponge needed? I know what you mean, that the water really flows out quickly from these water pens. Thanks in advance for your guidance!
