i recently got the viewty and was trying to upload opera mini 4 on to it but for some reason my phone wasn't able to upload, it simply said failed to connect the internet? i do have a data service but im not sure if its unlimited or not and does this factor and my service provider being tmobile USA have to do with anything?

You should be fine. Try checking the data service signal in your area and make sure it's high. We've tested and downloaded Opera Mini 4.0 on the Viewty and it works a treat.

Just some advice, if you are going to surf the net on your mobile it maybe worth checking and or upgrading to the unlimited data plan as it can be expensive if you go over your allowance.

It does sound like the internet coverage where you are is either 'down' or poor. Speak with T-Mobile USA.
