very interesting this burner.
It seems to me that the suffix has to be large in diameter.
strong warms?
Now I have a new concept on the burner
Column number of nozzles with a 0.1 mm
For me, the bomb 5 / 5

If you guys keep buying the mig tips, there won't be any for me, I have a miller 250 amp wirefeed welder and need to change tips when they wear out IE the hole gets to big. Or if you buy lots, maybe the price will come down.Just kidding I use .035 wire and they only cost $0.83-.87. each

Hey man looks good.
.Those mig tip are very flexible...
I think the think that makes them so good is that you still have bigger hole size thru the tip that allows the gas to flow good its not restricted as much as if you had a tip where the hole size is .010 all the way thru it......
And they make for real fine tip flames at low gas flow with no flash backs .....

You really hit on something usefull by hammering the tips. It seems to have tons of advantages and no disadvantage. Thanks again for that info, its saved me tons of time finding a perfect tip. Can't wait to see what chef musicman has cooking for his next video.

Yeah ..I am currently converting everything over to copper with the 19 tips of course ..I was seeing how much gas i could pump thru(8 lpm way to much) those 19 tips and got a leak and BAMM but over half my t's last week ..So I figured its time to go to a more permanent burner...Got plenty of test data coming up in about a week ..

I used copper with mig tips in my BBQ and it works very well. I had 5 along one strip of copper with the end brazed shut. Cant wait to see it.

I know what you mean. I have it on my list of things to try, but i havent got to it yet. New BBQs use a stainless steel heat plate instead of bricks so i am trying that first. I think your idea has potential though. I will have tried it within a couple of weeks. If i dont post the video, i will let you know how it went. Thanks.
I was excited to see such a useable flame at just over 200 watts. That means one diamond cell and one torch can do some good work.
Gas quality seems to be the key.
