Yeah, the animation isn't as nice as the manga. The manga art is gorgeous! I keep trying to copy it (with : ( results) .

Lol. To me, they ruined Lavi's hair in the anime. In the manga it was beautiful- all swirly and curly and deep orangey red (more tints of red) but in the anime it's so spiky and orange like an orange x.x But yes he is cute no matter what x3 I think the noah's should start a mad hatters group! The Earl and Tyki are all set but I bet Lulu would look pretty and road jasdero and debitto would look freakin awesome. Tim Burton thing? :D
