  • Bloody hell thats impressive

  • @son8of8vazkor Do it, i don't have a gym card atm and i think i have better training. You can also look up bulgarian sandbag, sandbag. There is a lot of things you can do without a gym. I'm going to make some clubbells soon and some other weights for training

  • His probably weigh about 12-14 pounds a piece.

The gent has probably exercised with them since he was 4 years old. Thats what makes him so good at it. It would take you about a month of 15 mins a day to graduate from a 6 pounder to a 10 pounder. But the work out is amazing.

  • I wish my fitness center looked like that.

  • Yipes how heavy are this guy's clubs? He looks awesome, I want those.

  • pretty amazing!

the thing about mace swinging, is that it lets you know what areas you are weakest, because to control the swing you need to use your whole entire body. If you don't keep strong balance, a wrong move can send your body careening out of control so it works muscles you did not know you had.

  • Awesome video

  • inspiring excellent strength exercise, great for wrist strength

  • Scott you know exactly what to say to make a guy want to go out side and make exercise history.
