UNDER £30!! Ever wondered if there was an easier solution to the skateboard wheel idea? We have. The skateboard wheels cost a fortune where we are so here's the simpler and cheaper way to make your own track and dolly.

  • easy way to deal with your bump... find the inner diameter of your pvc pipe and get a piece of dowel rod that diameter glue it to the into one side of the pipe making a tong on grove type setup... it will eliminate the bump and strengthen the joints on the piping... on the other to snug it up use duct tape

  • Thanks but I sort out the bump by the end of the video :)

  • Your pipe track "connectors" should be replaced with an inner fitting that's glued INSIDE the pipe, you will have no bump at all.

  • Yh but can you still take the pipes apart if you do that?

  • @atavener No you can't. I guess it's just another idea. I'm building a 6 foot long glide track using some of your ideas and a few other ideas. Looking forward to making this portable and smooth as possible. Thanks for your video.

  • Thanks! Cool, yeah see if you can perfect it, I'm sure this design isn't the absolute best way to do it.

  • Nice tut but fix your sound man

  • You could consider PEX plastic Pipe. It comes on continuous lengths of up to 100'. No seams!

  • thanks! check out my chanell and my movie A ramp. I used a homemade dolly in that one :)

  • Just letting you know your using the wrong type of drill bit, that's a concrete drill bit.

  • @atavener yeah i saw that after i made my post.... looks good though :) gonna have to build one myself :)

  • For the connection between pipes, you may want to use wood in a square form, put it inside, stuff the edges with duck tape until it gets stuck inside the pipes. That way, you won't have that bump :)

  • put like 40 lbs of weight on it andit will be even smoother
