I have an idea on the best PR there is: Personal Responsibility. Stop drilling for oil. Develop a clean, safe alternative energy. Choose to be a hero instead of a villain. Would have liked to see BP be more proactively be ready for oil spills. This equipment should be stationed world wide. The UN should require mininum worldwide readiness standards for oil spill accidents including catastrophic response to events like this.
