Yes, it is always wrong for a man to hit a woman (and vice versa). But, however, it's not like Lucas physically abused/beat her on a regular basis. So, what's worse. Being coersed into sleeping with a man as he gets turned on by your anguish (SICKO!) or being slapped ONCE in the heat of the moment by a guy who loves you and was only trying to get your attention/calm you down. I do believe this clip is taken out of context of the relationship LUMI have shared for many years.

@Sephora01 It was coersion. So, by definition it's not rape. But it was still SICK. I mean, really? I'm sorry but if a girl is crying because she doesn't wanna have sex with you, and that turns you on, then you are a very sick puppy. And I wouldn't put it past someone like that to forcefully rape a girl as well.

I just love how Sami is supposed to be a victim. This is the same bitch who would destroy anyone who got in her path to getting Austin between her slutty, trampy legs. Sami The Rapist is no victim. She dished it out just as good as she got it. IMO, that bitch got what she deserved.

I don't think you know the definition of rape at all. did she want to sleep with him, or was to save lucas? there's something called manipulation and that's what ej did and in that case it's rape. you can psychologically scare someone into sleeping with you and even if techinically they didn't say no, it's stipp rape. they even address it as rape in the show. just wow, you need to read up on rape culture and everything.

Just this and the 6000 times he screamed at her, made her cry, and mentally abused her. One bad act under the influence of evil is NOTHING compared to the 15 years of abuse Lucas has heaped upon Sami.

If thats what you have to tell yourself to justify what EJ has done and telling your self that Lucas yelling at Sami is mental abuse and is worse than being raped by EJ, than go ahead.;) I, however see it differently. I NEVER thought Lucas was a saint, but he is a much better man than EJ can even dream of being.

You've obviously never learned the definition of abuse and have the inability to understand. And let's not get into the blinders you have on in that EJ offered Sami a deal, she had a choice. Lucas never offered her a choice, he just yelled and yelled and yelled berating her and slowly taking away her self esteem until she thought so little of herself she needed a man to feel worthy. That's abuse.

Hell yeah I know the definition of rape. I know it better than most of you LUMIs. I've been there and what happened between EJ and Sami wasn't rape. She said yes. Double standards are the LUMI mantra. Lucas has spent 15 years yelling at Sami and wanting Carrie. EJ's spent 2 years only wanting Sami.
