You get the necklace in Solitude, its on the corpse of the guy who gets excuted.

this guy is a breeze if you've got full dwarven armor, full unrelenting force, and an at least semi good great-sword

(and mabye a little magic to help out)

I had a staff: minor staff of turning, was useless but it stopped him ! after that swing a few times, get distance and repeat, took less then 1 min. xD

I found this sword and I'm like ok cool a draugr sword. I tried dropping it because I don't like draugr shit so I got pissed when I couldn't. This walkthrough helped.

the boss fight is pretty simple if you're a mage with all three words of power of unrelenting force=] i recommend doing this fight around level 11. i did it on adept so yeah XD great video btw... really helped =]

I would just love to see this guy kill Olaf One-eye and his army of drougr at that stage of the game.
