Demonstration of Poomse or Forms.
Poomse (Form) is a pattern of pre-arranged Taekwondo moves. It consists of blocks, strikes and kicks. A series of alternate attack and defense actions or fighting techniques are used or practiced to fight off imaginary opponents coming from all directions.
Each training day, Poomse is practiced so many times that the actions can be performed without a thought (having to think of what the next move, direction or stance would be).
