  • Hey Robin ,

I get headaches all the time and its just above my left eye and some times it last for days and it wont go way with asprin and your video helped me lots thanks (: ♥

  • @TheDNgirl I also have a trick and put a bandaid right in the middle of my forehead above the eyebrows, make sue it's the kind that stretches, it helps loosen the tension!

  • I checked out the video but I don't have migraines, mine is a 24/7 constant one and I have every test you can think of and they can't find out what is causing it and it's been almost 4yr's since it started. Thanks for your concern. Robin

  • sex in the morning relieves a constant headache

  • @Dannyisgreatful No I still have a headache, but it makes my husband happy!

  • Im sorry to hear about your ill health I have had some bad experiences with doctors also I rarely ever go to the same doctor twice these days. They need to improve their communication skills so much.

  • @adoreabubbles I so much agree with you, 1 Dr. told my son at age 14 he had a Phobia that stopped him from going to high school and being around all the other kids, and I got to the car and asked my son didn't he sign up for a Teachers helper for all the grades and he said yes, so no phobia. Stupid Doctor.

  • Hi Robin....I have alot of headaches too, particularly sinus related and hormonal. Have you tried the following (1) Allergy testing (2) Have a colonic and do some serious liver detoxing with milk thistle....this helps particularly to balance hormones during the peri/menopause (3) Try juicing on vegetables/herbs and some fruits for a week (subject to no allergy issues). Obviously detoxing will initially make headaches worse and needs to be done gradually. I really hope you get some relief! x

  • oh, seriously i had my first headache last year and it felt exactly how you're describing it; the pulsing pain behind my eyes. and when i threw my head back too suddenly the pain jumped! but i did what this lady in this video did and i magically got better, you should try it :)

  • I have been having the same problem with this constant headache and I can get no relief. I wake up in the morning and it hurts so bad. The pain never dies down or goes away at all. I am in constant misery. I have had an MRI and a catscan and they said they found nothing. I am going crazy because the pain is so bad and it is hard for me to do eveyday things. If you guys on here have found any way to fix it or find out what causes it, please let me know. thank you
