275 For 21 Reps. January 4th, 2009. Just some more high rep work. New cycle starts in a few days with deadlift. I had at least 25 reps and maybe 30, but decided to shut it down (at what I thought was 20) as heavy deadlifts are in 3 days and I probably really should be doing this type of rep work anyways. Tried to keep the depth just below parallel without going too low...thought I did a pretty solid job of that. Metallica - That Was Just Your Life (Death Magnetic).
