What specifically do you guys look for in the "test", and if someone "has what it takes" what is the next step? Any further investment required at that point?

Anyone with any amount of experience can come test... we have tested drivers as young as 14yrs old.

I want to do that so bad, but they run the tests at Hickory, North Carolina and I'm way up in Upstate New York. Also, it says on their website they require a $250 down payment and I can't afford that.
My 0 laps of racing experience and my not having driven a stick shift in well over a year doesn't help either probably.

I would kill for an opprotunity like this, but im only 15 and really dont have any racing experience other than iRacing. God i just wanna race these things so badly.
