  • Where is this school. i live in rhode island. and looking for a raw place to train full time im 18 and looking to make a career out of mma. so if someon could get back to me with the info. thank you-scott

  • Yes Perfect idea! I hope you guys can see I was kidding though, Keith was coaching here, he doesn't need his hands up! lol.

  • heres an idea keith...tie your hands to your ears that may stop the bitches from moaning..lol

  • And Keith ... why did you write Oscar "The Mexican" but not George "The Greek" " Just wondering!

  • Lol ... always the hands up! Yes, I agree ... this clip was about after 2 hours straight sparring. can't just have hands up 100% all the time, you can just become a punching bag that way, and there are many ways to intercept with the hands in alternate positions.

  • The only tip I think these guys need from what I've seen, is when they shoot they need to get their heads up as if they are swimming through the persons arm pit to get air.

  • Hi, happy new year for 2010.

Sorry, but i don't want heavy critical. It's true in one clip, is not can possible to view all training.

But i want make present that guys, the guard is low in only this clip.

  • Nice throw and thanks for the video. But Keith, keep your hand up!!!
