The last couple vids have been on the healthier side with the pomelo. I appreciate that, healthy eating is important to me. You got some great dishes though either way, keep 'em coming!!!

Great recipe. Having eaten raw pomelo until I get sick it for my whole life, I have no idea that we could could cook it that way. The turmeric was a very nice touch. I love turmeric, and pomelo!! (I hate grapefruit though)

@HO1ySh33t It is similar to grapefruit but not as bitter. Pomelo is tasty, I have another one here on the counter I picked up yesterday. I was thinking a frozen granita or something this time. Enjoy the recipe it is very tasty! cheers, KtC

I like quick and easy chicken 'n rice dishes, and this looks like a taste fest. I think I might have to double the recipe, though. :-P

@anmoose The spice combo (curry works fine) is enough (for a bit more chicken) but yep, the rice part you will have to double the rice/ juice portions. I really enjoyed this. I have tried with pineapple and grapefruit but the pomelo was a nice treat. cheers Moosie! KtC
