Greg Norris squatting 600 while wearing a Metal Ace squat suit, Greg Godwin squatting 650 for a double and 690 for a single while wearing a Metal Ace squat suit, John Hallman raw squatting 650 for a double, Brian Schwab squatting 600, 690, and 760 while wearing a Metal Ace squat suit, Ronnie Paras squatting 690, 780 and 850 on 1/13/12 8 Weeks out from the SPF Ironman Pro Am.

Brian , you've got some "monster squatters " in your gym , really impressed with your control on the descent and the speed on the way out , when i did 660lb i used the spider bar which is a whole lot easier than the olympic bar so it really demonstrates to me how strong you and your "SILVERBACKS" are , i,m really impressed ! Keep strong you animals , LOL , cheers sean. PS ; why is there no "UGSS 2011" vid on Elitefts site , was there one or not ?

@offroad1motorsport1 Thanks Sean! We've got a great group. I believe EliteFTS just hosted a learn to train (LTT) Seminar in 2011 without having a UGSS.
