1)papermate or bic ball point pens all same color
2)rubbing alcohol
3)mixing container
4)xacto knife
5)storage container

this ink is decent for outsides, wont fade as fast as other dye's "ITS NOT INK".

try doing it as thik you can make it, if you can get staining pownder awsome.

If you don't have rubbing alcohol take a normal spray and put as much as you can in a glass or a recipied so it will make a liquid (sprays got danat alcohol or something similar, for me it worked) and put the pen parts in that and it will take the paint out of that pen parts.
