That's ok--I have his little book of Irving Berlin arrangements, but these are for accompanying singing [I don't sing on humanitarian principle]--so I've been trying to make simple melody arrangements from some of them.

He was! I know Roy Smeck made more how-to books, but I haven't seen them, sorry.
