Yeah... every medicine has a sideffect but good Lord dont exaggerate. Antidepressants... hallucinations?! Paranoia?! Heart attack?!;|

Besides CCHR is deluding. Here they say that medicine can cause Mania, Paranoia, Depression etc. But on the other video they say that such things really do not exist... make up your mind;|

Go to cchrint.org and see the psychiatric drug side effects database. Don't take our word for it. But you should look at what the drug regulatory agencies have warned. Because THAT is where these side effects come from. Not us.

@CCHRInt I belive you but vitamine C can also kill... rarely... but it can. And a lot of those sideeffects (of cours no all) are quite rare. Mostly after antidepressants people have apathy, they put on weight, have sexual problems, can not sleep etc. But if you have a choise.. have some of those side effects or just lay on the flor with depression and wait till you die... i think the choise is easy. Besides not only Psychiatry drugs have side effects but CCHR only mentions psychiatry. Wonder why

@CapitanWafles No one is saying people don't get depressed. But there is a vast difference between marketing and science. And depression, bi-polar, ADHD as "diseases"/physical illness of the brain,requiring drugs to "cure" them is marketing -Not science. And we're a psychiatric watchdog, so yeah,we expose side effects of drugs that this $84 billion a year industry buries. We exposed antidepressants causing suicide in 1991. It took the FDA 13 years to issue black box warnings. 13 years.

And besides you ignore some important facts. For example... catatonia type schisofrenia is a very advanced type of schisofrenia. And people rarely have that type of schisofrenia because people are being threated well today so it does not appear

But why only psychiatry? All medicines have sideffects but you only concentrate on psychiatry.

You're obviously a big fan of psychiatric drugs, as you just aren't interested in what side effects have been buried from the public, or that the drugs have been proven (per JAMA) no more effective than placebo or that the former APA Chairman admits no mental disorder can be medically proven. 3 CHEERS FOR GETTING THESE DAMAGING DRUGS EXPOSED! What little "help" they may achieve in a tiny percent of the people is far far outweighed by the huge damaging effects they do to individuals and society! In PRE-PSYCH DAYS (like 1950s) how many kids shot & killed their schoolmates or parents or committed suicide??? C'mon people, connect the dots!!!!

@CapitanWafles @CapitanWafles These are not an exaggeration. Take a look at any FDA website such as the National Library of Medicine. This is a government web site. These side effects are very real. It's just hard to believe they would allow these drugs to be pushed on an unsuspecting and ill-informed public.

@CapitanWafles i had psychosis off psych drugs as a child and many more physical and mental symptoms. i do believe disorders exsist, but R overly diagnosed & drugs make symptoms worse, & when symptoms worsen psychs dont think "oh no the drugs did that" they just give more drugs to cure new symptoms, which creates more symptoms...and so on. I do love the CCHR stuff, but dont agree mental disorder doesnt exsist. because i have had anorexia and that was real!!! but drugs wise what they say is trueX
