Wild West Domain - Godaddy super reseller problem

Please share this video to get the word out, also if you are a reseller for GoDaddy you should call godaddy.com and complain about this issue, so this issue will get resolved and your potential customers will not be directed to domainspricedright.com from your reseller site.

Resellers work hard to gain new customers should that hard work be rewarded or stolen and or rerouted to another hosting company other than your own? I don't think so.

If you are a super reseller through Wild West Domains / GoDaddy you may be losing potential customers to one of their web sites known as domains priced right.

@bowenit They did seem fix it as far as what is displayed in the video, but if you click around a little bit you will still be directed to the domains priced right page. For example click on ssl certicicates then click on Check out our Deluxe Certificate and BAM right back to domains priced right. Its a start but there are still issues, also another thing to be aware of is the fraud purchases I seem to get a ton of those in fact I currently show a negative commission in my account.

They still have not fixed the issue, but now one more issue I have been experiencing is a lot of fraudulent transactions. I am actually negative in my commission for this month I do not understand how I am negative you would think that if the transaction was for $20 and it came back as fraud it would be at a $0 commission after they reverse the charges but this is not the case they actually charge me fees for this type of transaction. And this has been happening a lot for the past few months.

@jos007 No problem I will post an update if it ever gets fixed, but I do not think it will ever get fixed until enough resellers call and complain about it.

The problem is GoDaddy. I would recommend anyone with a account with them to look for an other service provider. getting any help type of help from them is almost impossible. Good luck with you problem.

is not fear you pay £99.00 and thy can not do something for this problem i am thinking to open basic reseller account bout i am not sure how they will deal with my costumers if they are not happy with the service and they ask for REFUND?

I was so just about buy the reseller plan, but thats a huge issue... I just finally thought their were some honest internet people out their and was promoting godaddy to friends, but now I'm not so sure... can you block selling resale plans so your customers can't get to that page? Huge Problem!
