  • I am sorry, I misread your message. When you say so, I remember that you did not advocate using the exercise with high reps. I seldom do that as well, but I don't see anything wrong with it. And there probably is not, but doing it for 5-10 reps should be enough for most people.

  • I don't recommend against doing 1RM in the OHSQ - just high reps. I know a lot of people do high reps w. OHSQs, but I'm not one of them.

  • Hehe... Det kommer, det kommer. Kan ikke drive og perse hele tiden i frontbøy. Det blir for mye pes! Bedre å pese for å perse på gymmet enn å ha perser i hjemmet! høhø. Det var dagens tørre.
