Lee McDermotte Coaching Clinic

This is a short video clip of a longer video from an in house coaching clinic Lee McDermott presented at Hataitai Gymnastics. Lee McDermott is a former British national team member and 1994 Commonwealth Gold medal winner on the still rings. In this clinic Lee discusses how he was taught and teaches boys basics, on pommel, high bar, rings, and parallel bars. At the time of this clinic Lee was one of New Zealands National WAG coaches.
