depends how much u walk him if the dog gets enough exercise 10k hel run but if hes fenced in all the time he wont be as instinctive because his mind wil b warped. if your dog is on the street hel find sheep and eat them get shot and you sued never used the fencing though ive heard their shite. them people that tediously say that they can train their sibe r ful of it their dogs arent stimulated their just ornaments for stuck up jockey ribbon queens
hi you sound like you know what your talking about. could you give me some tips, please? my sibe is 6 months she is brilliant in loads of ways but does not respond to her name. she gives paw, sits, waits, small jumps and runs with me on a lead to heel every day but does not respond when you call her name 100% of the time. how can I improve this
well i got my Husky .. but i dont know if he wont run away if i let him free to run all over the street lol .. please can anyone tell me how to let him not to run away ? Send me aN Message please i'm waiting ..
i have been breading dogs since 16 have a sibe pack of which all are fine off the lead and will walk by my side and as for a prey drive learn to train your dog if you are the pack leader which you obviously arnt! you wouldnt have that problem i may only have 12 years exsperiance as a dog trainer and even less as a breeder but coming from a 12th genration of breeders and trainerswith over 1000 champions in tat line mine is the word we shall be taking as i said see a TRAINER
im sorry but it's in their nature to be very driven by their curiousity. And ALL good breeders of Siberian Huskies will tell their puppy buyers to NEVER let a sibe off lead unless you trust him/her 100%. and even so, they have a very HIGH prey drive which is sometimes hard to overcome...understand the breed before commenting!
Just seen your message. Try a shock collar?

Bad news--mine always ran away--even at 12. That is just what they do. I suggest maybe invisible fencing.
