Oh.. and this type of attan is very common amongst Pashtuns in the south. This is could be Chaap. But it looks more like Attan to me. But I might be wrong.

I think the people in this video are Pashtuns. Because they sing a Pashto Melody. And the words to the song seem very familiar. And also, they are wearing their turbands the Pashtun way. Not like Baluchis.
