@TJYYGZUB Did u delete your comment? I read what u said, and u are right everyone can have an opinion of course. I just think for u, understanding the engineering behind flight and aircraft designs will help u. You cannot continue to tell someone the 777 is better because the engines 'look' bigger. Or the A330 is cheap and unsafe because it has smaller 'looking' engines. Comprehend my thrust to weight ratios I gave u and dive into some math, it will change ur thoughts I guarantee it.
@thermo1984 in my opinon, Power is i am talking about Power, GE-90 (B772ER) 90k lb of thrust. A330; about 68-72k and B767, another ac i wouldnt feel too comofrtable on (For long journeys) has about 63K max. The A330/B767 is ok , as long as the journeys arent too long. (NAR-SFO), Which they do. I mean the A340-300 engines arent that big either , they look like torpedo engines almost , but they have the power of 4, not two. Thats in my opinion. Just saying.
@thermo1984 ok, ok , What i am trying to say is that the engines (in my opinion) are quite small in size. Someone who HASNT got much idea about planes would see things as THE SAME. They are not, in B777 engines, the engine size is enormous, but if the a330's engines were bigger, it would look better. So what i am saying is they are SAVING money , and going for the MORE CHEAPER option of having smaller engines. Thats hat i meant by "cheap" (I used the wrong word, sorry).
@TJYYGZUB What do you mean by "cheap design" ?? and how can a design be described as cheap ? Looks wise, this plane looks like just every other plane out there -I mean in basic design- except that it's more beautiful than most, if not all. Inside, the same thing can be said."very risky on ocean crossings"! Why? How many 330s -except for that AirFrance- have gone down out of the 100's flying across the oceans every day? There's hardly a blemish on the 330's record.

@thermo1984 so true man.... you can't say that the B777 is better cause of the bigger engines. That would be realy stupid.

@thermo1984 I suppose so, persuade me more. ;)
